Micron Mentorship Connect
Micron Technology is rapidly growing and seeking outstanding future talent to help us develop cutting-edge technologies. We recently launched the Micron Mentorship Connect program which is geared towards providing guidance and career insight to graduate students through professional mentorship, preparing them to be successful in the semiconductor industry. The basics:
The program is open to currently-enrolled engineering students in Masters and PhD programs who are located in the United States. We are seeking students who graduate in December 2026 and beyond.
Selected students are aligned with our experienced technical leaders, many of which have worked in the semiconductor industry for 25+ years!
Applicants are reviewed and those with preferred research and education focuses, skills, and goals are invited to engage one-on-one with a mentor.
Students (our "mentees") are uniquely positioned to be closely considered for internship and full-time employment opportunities at Micron. This is a virtual, unpaid engagement.
Qualified students can apply for consideration through our online application. You can read more about Micron and our emerging technologies on our blog.
